1. Acceptance of Terms & Updates

You must read these terms together with any referenced policies before using the Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the platform.

We may update the Terms to reflect product enhancements, security requirements, or legal changes. When we do, we will change the date above and, when feasible, provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration data and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

3. Service Description & Non-Medical Use

WeLoveTest offers digital self-assessments, analytics, and personalized insights that are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

The Service does not provide clinical diagnoses, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for decisions that require such expertise.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and community standards.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights;
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate, or cause harm to individuals or groups;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with WeLoveTest or impersonate another person;
• Scrape or harvest the Service using automated means without our prior written consent.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of responses, comments, or other materials you submit ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display it solely for operating, improving, and securing the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

All WeLoveTest trademarks, logos, interface designs, and proprietary content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our branding without prior written consent, except to reference the Service in a truthful, non-misleading manner.

7. Feedback, Beta & Experimental Features

If you choose to share product suggestions or participate in beta features, you grant us the right to use that input without obligation to compensate you.

Beta or experimental features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate with third-party APIs, widgets, or content. Your use of those services is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party materials and do not endorse the content of external sites linked from our platform.

9. Paid Features, Billing & Taxes

If you purchase optional paid features, you agree to provide complete billing information, pay all applicable fees, and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchases.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in fraud or abuse.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, indemnity, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

• Serious or repeated violations of the Acceptable Use rules;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Unexpected technical or security issues.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeLoveTest, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the Service within the six months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeLoveTest, our affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeLoveTest primarily operates, excluding its conflict of law principles.

We encourage informal resolution of disputes. If parties cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may seek relief in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect updates in our services, technology, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Changes become effective on the stated effective date. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Service before that date.
